Promotions

I think promotions for staff should be based on players and behavior. For the starting out staff, we should pick and choose the nice and helpful kind of people.We don't want abusers on our team.But for now I think we should just promote the most helpful players.

Agreed. We don't want: spammers, scammers, rude people, Etc.
If you're caught breaking the rules once, then you can pretty much say goodbye to staff.
